Board of Welspun Corp approves change in directorate

The Board of Welspun Corp has appointed Dipali Goenka (DIN: 00007199), as an additional Non-Executive, Non- Independent Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation w.e.f. 29 October 2020. The Board has accepted the resignation of Rajkumar Jain, an Independent Director with effect from 31 October 2020.
