Zicom Electronic Security Systems announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 March 2015, inter alia, has approved appointment of Kunjan Trivedi as an Additional Director on the Board of the Company w.e.f. 26 March 2015. Being an Additional Director, she holds the office upto the date of next Annual General Meeting (AGM) and may be appointed by shareholders at the said AGM.
