Brooks Laboratories announces resignation of CFO

With effect from 09 October 2014

Brooks Laboratories announced that Ketan Shah has resigned as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 09 October 2014 and Anil Pillai has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 01 November 2014.

The Board has accepted the resignation and have considered the appointment in its meeting held on 30 October 2014.
