Can Fin Homes appoints company secretary

With effect from 01 April 2015

Can Fin Homes announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 09 March 2015, has appointed Veena G. Kamath as the Company Secretary w.e.f. 01 April 2015. She has also been appointed as the Key Managerial Personnel consequent to the designation w.e.f. 01 April 2015.
