Can Fin Homes will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 4 May 2015, to consider and approve take on record the audited financial results of the Company for the IV quarter and financial year ended 31 March 2015, and to recommend a dividend, if any, to the equity shareholders of the Company for the above period.
