Cancellation of Licence of NGOs

In the year 2017, since 4842 NGOs did not submit annual returns in compliance with FCRA, 2010 and Rules made there under, their registrations were cancelled. The details of cancellation of registration certificate are available on the FCRA web Portal www.fcraonline.nic.in of the Ministry of Home Affairs.

As per available information, in the year 2015, registration of more than 8500 NGOs were cancelled for not adhering to the provisions of FCRA 2010 and Rules made thereunder.
