Capri Global Capital updates on scheme of amalgamation

Receives copy of High Court approval on 16 October 2015

Capri Global Capital announced that Scheme of Amalgamation of Capri Global Distribution Company ('Transferor Company No.1') and Capri Global Finance ('Transferor Company No.2') and Capri Global Investment Advisors ('Transferor Company No.3') and Capri Global Research ('Transferor Company No.4') with Capri Global Capital ('Transferee Company' / 'the Company') and their Respective Shareholders and Creditors under sections 391 to 394 and any other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 and Companies Act, 2013 to the extent applicable and notified ('Scheme') was approved by the Hon'ble Bombay High Court on 11 September 2015 and the Company has received the authenticated copy of the said order on 16 October 2015.

The Scheme will become effective upon filing of the orders with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
