Completes acquisition of 49% in Cellaris Refractories India

Carborundum Universal announced that on 16 October 2014 the Company has completed the acquisition of 49% stake in Cellaris Refractories India (CRIL). With this acquisition, CRIL has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Carborundum Universal.
