CCL International shifts registered office

Within local limits of Delhi

CCL International announced that the Registered Office of the Company has been shifted from 30, Bharti Artist Colony, Main Vikas Marg, New Delhi -110092 to M-4, Gupta Tower, B 1/1, Commercial Complex, Azadpur, New Delhi - 110033 within the local limits of same City/town/village.

The said decision was taken in the meeting of the Board of directors of the Company held on 09 February 2015. The same has been approved by Registrar of Companies, Delhi as well.
