CEAT net profit rises 47.14% in the March 2013 quarter

Net profit of CEAT rose 47.14% to Rs 60.90 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 41.39 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012. Sales rose 6.88% to Rs 1297.99 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 1214.41 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012.

For the Audited full year,net profit rose 1312.35% to Rs 106.35 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 7.53 crore during the previous year ended March 2012. Sales rose 9.05% to Rs 4836.72 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 4435.35 crore during the previous year ended March 2012.
