Channel Nine Entertainment to hold board meeting

Channel Nine Entertainment will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 16 January 2015, to consider sub-division of Equity Shares of Rs 10 each into Equity Shares of Rs 1 each.to decide the Date, Time and Venue to convene an Extra -ordinary General Meeting of the members of the Company for approving the above mentioned purposes.
