Choice International will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 30 January 2015, to consider, discuss and adopt the Un-audited Financial Results for quarter and nine month ended 31 December 2014. to consider the various fund raising options i.e. Preferential issue/QIP/Right Issue etc. in commensurate with the expansion plan of the Company and other relevant matter connected there with.
