The QIP Committee of the Board of Directors of Chokhani Securities has in their meeting held on 06 August 2018 decided to close the QIP Offer on 13 August 2018.Further, a meeting of the QIP Committee is sched.uled to be held on 13 August 2018, inter alia to consider and approve the issue price for Equity Shares to be allotted to Qualified Institutional Buyers in the Issue, including a discount, if any, as permitted under the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable Rules.
