Choksi Laboratories to hold board meeting

Choksi Laboratories will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 February 2016, to consider the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on 31 December 2015 and to execute a fresh Listing Agreement with the stock exchange as per SEBI Regulations.
