Coal India achieves 2% growth in coal production in June 2021

Monthly offtake grows 23%

Coal India and its subsidiaries achieved coal production of 40 million tons in June 2021 compared to 39.2 million tons in June 2020, recording a growth of 2%. Coal offtake stood at 51.3 million tons in June 2021 compared to 41.7 million tons in June 2020, recording a growth of 23%.
