Cords Cable Industries announces resignation of Managing Director

With effect from 21 April 2015

Cords Cable Industries announced that in pursuance of the Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) dated 11 April 2015, executed by Devender Kumar Prashar and his family members with Naveen Sawhney with the Company as a confirming party, Devender Kumar Prashar, Joint Managing Director of the Company has decided to leave the Company with immediate effect i.e. w.e.f. 21 April 2015 and accordingly submitted his resignation to the Company.
