Credit Analysis and Research announces change in directorate

Credit Analysis and Research announced that the following intimations received from the Directors of CARE :1. S. Venkatraman, Non-Executive Independent Director in the Company, Credit Analysis and Research has intimated the Company that due to pre-occupation he may not be considered for reappointment as director at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
2. Bharti Prasad, Non-Executive Independent Director in the Company, Credit Analysis and Research has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company on 23 August 2014.
