CreditAccess Grameen allots 40,854 equity shares under ESOP

CreditAccess Grameen has allotted 40,854 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to 143 employees who had exercised options under the ESOP Scheme of the Company.

It may please be noted that out of the above, Diwakar Ram Boddupalli, Director-Finance & CFO is allotted 12,000 equity shares.

The allotted ESOP shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
