Crest Ventures gets High Court approval for scheme of amalgamation

On 30 October 2015

Crest Ventures announced that the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay vide its Order dated 30 October 2015 has approved the Composite Scheme of Amalgamation between ITI Capital Holdings and ITI Securities and Crest Ventures and their respective Shareholders and Creditors.

Since the certified copy of the said Order is still awaited from the Hon'ble Bombay High Court.
