Cybermate Infotek appoints director

With effect from 27 March 2015

Cybermate Infotek announced that the board has adopted a resolution appointing C.Kamakshi Bharathi as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from 27 March 2015 and shall hold office until the next Annual General Meeting.
