D B Corp allots equity shares

Under ESOS

D B Corp has allotted 17,739 shares of Rs 10 each on exercise of stock options under DBCL-ESOS 2008, DBCL-ESOS-2010 and DBCL-ESOS-2011 - Tranche 2 Schemes.

The new shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing capital.
