DCB Bank allots 18,500 equity shares under ESOP

DCB Bank has allotted 18,500 equity shares of Rs.10/- each today i.e. on 23 November 2021 pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Post this allotment, Bank's issued and paid up share capital has increased to 31,06,65,863 equity shares of Rs.10/- each
