DCB Bank allots 9,500 equity shares under ESOP

DCB Bank has allotted 9,500 equity shares of Rs.10/- each on October 28, 2020 pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Post this allotment, Bank's issued and paid up share capital has increased to 310,475,113 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.
