DCB Bank allots equity shares

Under ESOP

DCB Bank has allotted 1,94,450 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on June 15, 2015, pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Post allotment, Bank's issued and paid up share capital has increased to 282,917,773 shares of Rs. 10/- each.
