The above dues are in relation with the Working Capital Loan taken from Dena Bank, which was later declared as non-performing asset by the Bank in the year 2011-12. Now the Company has settled the same as per the terms of letter received form ARCIL.
Further ARCIL has issued the No dues Certificate to our Company dated 16 July 2018 stating that there are no outstanding dues in the books of ARCIL with respect to the above loan.
