Dhanuka Agritech gets approval for substantial expansion of its Udhampur unit

Dhanuka Agritech announced that District Industries Centre, Udhampur has approved substantial Expansion of the Company's Udhampur Unit. Further the Company has informed that, J & K State Pollution Control Board, has given grant of authorization (Fresh for substantial expansion) for handling hazardous waste for pesticide formulation and also consent to operate (Fresh for additional Plant & Machinery under substantial expansion. (For additional Qty. 5900MT/annum) in respect of manufacturing unit of the Company situated at SICOP Industrial Estate Battal Ballian Udhampur.

As a result of above, total pesticides formulation capacity of Udhampur manufacturing unit of the Company has been doubled i.e, existing capacity 5900MT+ additional grant capacity 5900MT= 11800MT/annum.

With this grant/consent, the Company will also be entitled to avail Excise Duty Refund for a further period often years for the production of Udhampur unit of the Company.
