Diamond Infosystems has fixed 05 October 2016 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining members who would be entitled to receive:a) Two (2) fully paid bonus equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each for one (1) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each;
b) One (1) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each upon Sub-division of Ten (10) equity shares of face value of Rs. 1 each.
