Digjam allots 5 lakh 8% Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares

Digjam announced that the Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 27 March 2015 have allotted 5,00,000 8% Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 100/- each for cash at par for an aggregate sum of Rs. 5 Crore.
