DIL announced that the Mumbai Bench of the National Company Law Tribunal has conveyed its approval for the Scheme of Amalgamation of Fermenta Biotech (The Transferor Company) with DIL (The Transferee Company) and their respective shareholders, under sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013, vide its Order dated 19 September 2019.The certified copy of the Order sanctioning the Scheme is awaited.
The Scheme shall become effective upon filing certified copy of the Order along with the Scheme with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
