DLF announced that the Company has filed an Appeal before the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) against the Order dated February 26, 2015 passed by the Adjudicating Officer, SEBI under Section 15 HA and HB of the SEBI Act 1992 imposing a cumulative penalty of Rs. 26 crore.The appeal was listed on 15 April 2015 before the Hon'ble SAT. The Hon'ble SAT has passed an order taking on record SEBI's undertaking that SEBI will not take any action to enforce the payment of penalty amount against the Company during the pendency of the appeal and has posted the Appeal on 09 July 2015 for hearing.
