Dr Lal Pathlabs allots 7000 equity shares under ESOP

Dr Lal Pathlabs has allotted 7000 equity shares under ESOP. Pursuant to the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the company stand increased from Rs 83,34,48,770/- divided into 8,33,44,877 equity shares of Rs 10 /-each to Rs 83,35,18,770/- divided into 8,33,51,877 equity shares of INR 10/- each.
