Dwitiya Trading to hold board meeting

Dwitiya Trading will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 12 November 2014, to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter & half year ended 30 September 2014, to accept the resignation of Deepika Sethia (Company Secretary), and consider the appointment of Lokesh Pasari & Rabi Jalan as directors of the Company and resignation of Ganga Dhar Sail from the directorship.
