Educomp Solutions announced that Educomp Online Supplemental Service, subsidiary of Educomp Solutions, has executed definitive agreements to sell its entire 55.41% shareholding in Gateforum Educational Services to ASK Pravi Private Equity Opportunities Fund ("Ask Pravi") acting through its trustee IL & FS Trust Company.The transaction completion is subject to fulfillment of customary conditions precedents. Appropriate announcement shall be made on deal completion.
