Eicher Motors allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Eicher Motors announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 July 2016, have allotted 35,100 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each of the Company to the person exercising options pursuant to Employees Stock Option Plan of the Company.
