Embassy Office Parks REIT allots NCDs aggregating Rs 2600 cr

Embassy Office Parks REIT has successfully priced and allotted by way of a private placement, Rs 2,600 crore or $351 million of rupee-denominated, listed, rated, secured, redeemable, transferable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) at a 6.40% quarterly coupon.
