Excel Crop Care announces change in directorate

With effect from 29 October 2014

Excel Crop Care announced that David Pullan resigned as a director of the Company w.e.f. 29 October 2014.

Further, at the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on 29 October 2014, Brian Benson and Mohit Bhuteria have been appointed as directors of the Company w.e.f. 29 October 2014.
