Fortis Healthcare allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Fortis Healthcare announced that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company has approved allotment of 10,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each, to the grantee, upon exercise of vested stock options.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 4,631,237,940/- divided into 463,123,794 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.
