Fortis Malar Hospitals allots equity shares

Under stock options

Fortis Malar Hospitals announced that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company has approved allotment of 3750 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, to the grantee(s) upon exercise of vested stock options.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 185,980,090/- divided into 18598009 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
