Fortis Malar Hospitals announced that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company has approved allotment of 3750 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, to the grantee(s) upon exercise of vested stock options.Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 185,980,090/- divided into 18598009 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
