FPIs turn net sellers

Net outflow of Rs 1113.50 crore on 18 September 2018

Foreign portfolio investors (FPIs) bought stocks worth a net Rs 1113.50 crore into the secondary equity markets on 18 September 2018 as compared to net buying of Rs 106.27 crore on 17 September 2018.

The net inflow of Rs 1113.50 crore into the secondary equity markets on 18 September 2018 was a result of gross purchases of Rs 4688.46 crore and gross sales of Rs 5801.96 crore.

There was a net inflow of Rs 9.77 crore into the 'primary market & others' category on 18 September 2018.
