FTIL leads gainers in 'A' group

State-run lignite-based power producer Neyveli Lignite Corporation galloped 5.43% to Rs 63.10. The stock was second biggest gainer in 'A' group.

Commodity exchange operator MCX spurted 5.02% to Rs 474.65. The stock was third biggest gainer in 'A' group.

Pharmaceutical company Wockhardt climbed 4.13% to Rs 451. The stock was fourth biggest gainer in 'A' group.

Oral and dental hygiene products maker Colgate-Palmolive (India) rose 3.89% to Rs 1,355.50. The stock was fifth biggest gainer in 'A' group.
