On conversion of debentures
Future Consumer on 01 January 2018 has allotted 6,68,64,981 equity shares to International Finance Corporation, consequent to conversion of Compulsorily Convertible Debentures and coupons thereon, issued pursuant to the approval granted by the Shareholders of the Company at an Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on 17 June, 2016.In terms of the aforesaid allotment of equity shares, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 1147,97,01,978/- comprising of 191,32,83,663 equity shares of Rs. 6/- each.
