Under ESOS
Future Lifestyle Fashions announced that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company at its Meeting held on 20 May 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:1. Issue and allotment of 12,736 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each to eligible employee upon exercise of Stock Options held under Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS - 2013). Upon such allotment, the equity paid-up capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 37,90,11,462 consisting of 18,95,05,731 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 37,90,36,934/- divided into 18,95,18,467 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each.
2. Cancellation of 11,596 unvested Stock Options granted to an employee who is no longer associated with the Company.
