Gammon Infrastructure Projects has secured approval from the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai for extension of time for holding 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, by a period of 3 (Three) months for the financial year ended on 31 March, 2017.Accordingly, the 16th AGM of the Company shall be held on or before 30 December, 2017.
