Gammon Infrastructure Projects to acquire Sadbhav Engineering's stake in Mumbai Nasik Expressway

Gammon Infrastructure Projects announced that an authorised committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the buy-out of the 20% equity stake (1,03,99,500 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each) held by Sadbhav Engineering from Mumbai Nasik Expressway at a cumulative price of Rs. 72 crore; subject to requisite approvals.

Mumbai Nasik Expressway is the special purpose vehicle promoted by the Company to develop, operate and manage the Vadape to Gonde section of the National Highway no.3 in the State of Maharashtra.
