Garware Technical Fibres buybacks 3.17 lakh equity shares

Garware Technical Fibres announced that the company bought back 3,17,391 equity shares at a price of Rs 2300 per share through tender offer process during the period 19 January 2021 to 02 February 2021. Post buyback, the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital is Rs 20.61 crore constituting 2,06,18,169 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
