Gayatri Projects to allot 99.46 lakh shares

For an aggregate amount of Rs 200 crore

Gayatri Projects announced that the Issue and Allotment Committee of the Company at its meeting on 14 March 2018 has approved the allotment of 99,46,785 Equity Shares of face value of Rs.2/- at issue price of Rs.201.07/- per Equity Share including a premium of Rs.199.07 per Equity Share for an aggregate amount of Rs. 200 crore.
