Under Sick Industrial Companies Act

Gayatri Sugars announced that pursuant to the special resolution passed by the members in the Annual General Meeting held on 26 September 2015, the Company has made a referral application to the Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) under the provisions of the Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985 on 07 October 2015 for rehabilitation of the Company on it's erosion of 100% Net Worth of the Company and the Board has acknowledged the application.
