Godfrey Phillips India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 09 November 2014, inter-alia, fixed 01 December 2014 as record date for Sub-division of equity shares of Rs. 10/- each into 5 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each fully paid up.
