Godrej Properties (GPL) had earlier announced that through a SPV, Godrej Home Constructions (GHCPL), entered into an agreement to acquire a land parcel measuring approximately 18 acres at Kankapura Road, in South Bengaluru for developing a mid-income residential housing project. Subsequently, that acquisition was done in partnership with the APG anchored investment platform under which now Shubh Properties Cooperatief U.A. has acquired 74.90% of the equity share capital in GHCPL from GPL. Upon such transfer, GHCPL has ceased to be the subsidiary of GPL.This is the fourth investment made by the APG anchored real estate investment platform.
