Gokak Textiles announces change in directorate

Gokak Textiles announced that Shapoor P. Mistry, was re-appointed as a Director of the Company who is liable to retire by rotation. Pradip N. Kapadia, Kaiwan Kalyaniwalla and D. G. Prasad. Directors were appointed as Independent Directors of the Company for a term of 5 years and R. N. Jha, Director was appointed as an Independent Director of the Company for a term of One year at the 8th Annual General Meeting of Members of the Company held on 29 December 2014. Independent Directors were not liable to retire by rotation.
